The engine for transparent change and collaboration in Africa

Through a combination of an African upbringing and education, an extensive career operating in challenging environments in the third world, driving UK Government export policy and a breadth of experience leading multinational companies, I am able to offer a very unique perspective of how to quickly and safely establish profitable businesses in Africa.

For 25+ years I have had the privilege of working with some the worlds biggest Aerospace & Defence companies and some of the most inspirational corporate leaders. I was instrumental in the development and delivery of many business campaigns across the Far East, Middle East and Africa. I have established and operated joint venture companies across the world and been at the forefront of the development and delivery of indigenous, industrial policies in both India and Africa.

Despite being lucky enough to have lived and worked in so many different parts of the world, I always return to Africa – it’s home at the end of the day. Because of my exposure to big corporate businesses, I know that transparent collaboration can truly be a catalyst for profitable positive change in Africa – That is why I have set-up African Sherpa Global – let the Africans help guide your business into Africa and achieve some real global impact.

I am passionate about Africa and all things African, but most importantly I believe in a better, cleaner, fairer and more honest Africa.

 

I work with people who are unconventional, the very best lateral thinkers and problem solvers. Not because they think it’s clever or cool, it’s because they are African and have to overcome challenges everyday - they think ahead because they have to.

I develop these unconventional thinkers, these African practitioners, into sherpas for non-African corporations wishing to set up in Africa. Together we help businesses navigate the unforeseen risks and teach them how to develop crisis resilience, how to read the signs early enough to absorb the shocks, and to remain transparent.

I believe African Sherpa Global is the engine for transparent change and collaboration in Africa. It is a safe conduit for Western businesses wishing to achieve rapid growth in Africa whilst at the same time enriching local communities.
